I work one-to-one with founders, CEOs, executives, managers, and emerging leaders. I also coach small groups when several leaders are working through similar challenges or developing together.
The work may focus on better decisions, delegation, difficult conversations, accountability, leadership capacity, or whatever needs to improve most.

I help leadership teams create the clarity and accountability to execute the company’s most important initiatives, and when results fall short, understand why and do something about it.
